Dashboard and Analytics

The Dashboard gives you a daily overview: NPS, total responses, recent responses, active surveys, and promoter, passive, and detractor distribution.

Use Analytics for deeper analysis:

  • filter by survey, location, and date range;
  • compare NPS and response trends over time;
  • see responses by source;
  • compare locations;
  • analyze each survey question;
  • generate AI insights on paid plans.
