What is NPS?
Section titled “What is NPS?”Respondents who select 0–6 are detractors, 7–8 are passives, and 9–10 are promoters. NPS equals the percentage of promoters minus the percentage of detractors.
Does kiosk mode work offline?
Section titled “Does kiosk mode work offline?”Yes. Kiosk and Operator modes save responses on the device and synchronize when the connection returns.
How do I cancel?
Section titled “How do I cancel?”Cancel web subscriptions from Billing. Cancel mobile subscriptions in App Store or Google Play settings. Access continues through the paid period.
