Create your account

Creating an NPSLab account takes only a few minutes and does not require a credit card.

Sign up

Section titled “Sign up”
  1. Go to app.npslab.cc and select Sign up.
  2. Enter your name, email, and password, then accept the Terms and Privacy Policy.
  3. Select Create account.

You can also continue with Google or Apple without creating a separate password.

Verify your email

If you signed up with email, open the confirmation link sent to your inbox. Check spam or use Resend email if it does not arrive.

Set up your organization

Section titled “Set up your organization”

On your first visit, enter your company name. The setup assistant will guide you through your business segment, first location, first survey, and collection channel.
