Plans and subscription
Paid plans are based on the number of active locations and include unlimited responses. Monthly and annual options are available.
Subscribe
Section titled “Subscribe”- On the web, open Billing and complete the secure checkout.
- In the mobile app, open More → Subscription and use App Store or Google Play billing.
The purchase channel controls payment management. Web subscriptions are managed in the billing portal; mobile subscriptions are managed in the corresponding app store.
Cancel
Section titled “Cancel”Cancel before renewal in the same channel where you subscribed. Access continues until the end of the paid period and your data is not deleted.
